1. Data Controller

Zenith Dynamics (KvK 89640195) operates Cendriq. For account, billing, support and platform administration data, Zenith Dynamics acts as data controller. For personal data processed through customer-installed services such as Leadpulse or configured connectors on behalf of a customer, the customer acts as data controller and Zenith Dynamics acts as data processor. 2. Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of data depending on your use of the platform:

  • Company name
  • Contact name
  • Email address
  • Country
  • VAT number where applicable
  • Billing and subscription data
  • Connector configuration data
  • Encrypted or secured API credentials/tokens where applicable
  • Usage logs and audit logs
  • Leadpulse website domain
  • Leadpulse visitor events
  • Campaign/UTM data
  • Leadbot submissions
  • Lead scores and lead activity
  • Technical logs required for security and service operation

3. Leadpulse Data

When a customer installs Leadpulse on its website, Leadpulse may process website visitor activity, page views, campaign parameters, lead interactions, Leadbot submissions and related metadata. This data is processed on behalf of the customer to provide visitor insights, lead scoring, campaign reporting and Leadbot functionality.

Customers are responsible for informing their website visitors and obtaining consent where required by applicable privacy, cookie and electronic communications laws.

Cendriq does not sell Leadpulse visitor data and does not use customer visitor data for its own advertising purposes.

4. Purpose

We use data to provide Cendriq services, operate connectors, provide Leadpulse functionality, process payments, communicate about accounts, provide support, secure the platform, monitor usage limits and improve service reliability.

5. Legal Basis

We process personal data based on contractual necessity, legitimate interest, legal obligations and consent where applicable.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of the subscription plus 30 days unless a longer period is required by law. Audit logs may be retained for up to 12 months. Leadpulse visitor and lead data is retained according to the customer’s subscription, settings and applicable DPA. After termination, customer data is deleted or anonymised according to the Terms, Privacy Policy and DPA.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing of your personal data. Contact us at info@cendriq.com to exercise these rights.

8. Data Processing Agreement
