These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Cendriq, a platform operated by Zenith Dynamics (KvK 89640195). By using our platform, you agree to these terms.
Cendriq provides software services including connectors, integrations, visitor tracking, lead scoring, campaign tracking, Leadbot functionality and related dashboards. Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis.
Leadpulse helps customers measure website visits, campaign performance, lead activity and Leadbot submissions. The customer determines where Leadpulse is installed and is responsible for ensuring that its use of Leadpulse complies with applicable privacy, cookie and electronic communications laws. This includes providing appropriate privacy notices, obtaining consent where required and ensuring a valid legal basis for processing website visitor data.
Cendriq does not sell website visitor data and does not use customer visitor data for its own advertising purposes.
Customers may not use Leadpulse to collect passwords, payment card data, medical data, criminal data or other sensitive information unless explicitly agreed in writing.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Each account is tied to a single organization. The email address used at registration serves as the primary account identifier.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice.
Cendriq processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR/AVG, and the Cendriq Data Processing Agreement (DPA) where applicable.
Cendriq provides its services on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or consequences arising from marketplace API changes or downtime.
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, access to the service will be disabled. Customer data will be retained for 30 days unless a longer retention period is required by law or agreed in the applicable DPA. After this period, data will be deleted or anonymised.
