These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Cendriq, a platform operated by Zenith Dynamics (KvK 89640195). By using our platform, you agree to these terms.
Cendriq provides software connectors that synchronize data between marketplace platforms and Picqer warehouse management software. Connectors are provided as-is on a monthly subscription basis.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each account is tied to a single organization. The email address used at registration serves as the primary account identifier.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice.
We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations. See our DPA for details on data processing agreements.
Cendriq provides its services on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or consequences arising from marketplace API changes or downtime.
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, connector access will be disabled and associated data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
